Harrow is also home to a number of young people in need of foster care…
At Apple Fostering, we work alongside the local authority, Harrow London Borough Council, to find fostering placements for children and youngsters in the area.
As a independent fostering agency, we offer a greater level of support and guidance to help our foster carers provide the best possible care for foster children.
If you’re thinking about fostering in Harrow and are based in any of the areas of Harrow listed below, then we’d like to hear from you:
The London Borough of Harrow is a London borough in North-West London. It borders Hertfordshire, Hillingdon, Ealing, Brent and Barnet.
Harrow is well known for having a number of well-performing independent schools, including Harrow School, John Lyon School, North London Collegiate and Heathfield School. There are also a number of voluntary aided schools and state secondary schools and colleges.
The borough is also home to the first and only contemporary artist-led gallery, called the Usurp Art Gallery & Studios, which is based in West Harrow, a bohemian part of Harrow.
The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital is based in Harrow, as is Harrow Museum and Heritage Centre, which is housed in a 16th century tithe barn and moated manor house, and hosts vents and temporary exhibitions throughout the year.
We have many opportunities for fostering in Harrow, such as placements for teenagers, placements for young children, placements for youngsters with disabilities, placements for asylum seekers and refugees, and more.
